Paint markings

Guys,

My van got rubbed by a car on its rear bumper. Though there were no dent but markings of his white paint. My problem is how to wipe it off. I tried a cleaner but still won't do away. Any compound or solution that will do away with it? Thanks a lot.

:)

try clay bar. cleans preety much anything off your car. Could it be that its not white paint but just your clear cost is scratched? maybe jsut a bit of wax is needed.

I agree with the clear-coat being scratched. My wife rubbed our car against the fender of my black utility trailer. There are white scuffs on the side of the car from where the clear coat was damaged. I don't know how to fix it (nor do I care, its a '97).
