Has anyone ever heard of this stuff??

I bought one of their alarms off eBay,and installed today....HA!!

Once installed, when disarmed the alarm does a "chirp-chirp" non stop after about 30 secs.

After spending hours tracing wiring, going through possible problems,We finally came to the discovery that this is the alarms notification that the alarm has not be armed. The only way to avoid this is to have the door open which causes the marker lights to flash for about a minute which in turn causes the the "lights on beeper" to go off as well.

Ok..fine...I can sort of live with this... ...11pm tonight..after testing and routing lots of wire, setting up the shock sensor...I get in the car..no problem...start up...no probem...foot on the brake..CHIRP CHIRP!! Get under the dash and cut the brake wire...try again..all good...put car in reverse..CHIRP CHIRP CHIRP!! Put the car back in park..still chirps...open the door..chirping stops!!

Can anyone PLEASE!!!! explain this to me???

I'mnot looking opinions...Not looking for ideas or thoughts....I am looking for an answer...

I agree...the thing is a peice of crap...and Yes when money allows I will be replacing it with something better...but for now people, its what I have... deal with it...unfortunatly I have too!

Sounds like it could be a grounding problem. Also, something in the car's wiring is wrong to begin with. The alarm may be freaking because of the electrical problem with your car.

Hook everything outside the car (to a battery) and determine if the alarm is in good working condition.

now my two bits....... this is what you get for mocking asians with your silly speaker hat and looking goofey. Why not put on some fake buck teeth to complete the image. As an Asian, I'm a bit offended, but chalk it up to....... well........... I think everybody gets it. Between you and Cranky's paranoia about the Chinese taking over his country, I don't know. I guess it's all just funny sh*t. You go right ahead and keep looking goofey.

What's the Alarm? are there no technical support available?

Its probably best to buy name brand products, instead of buying from unknown companys... specially on E-bay.

I have a hunch you need to look at the wire you are using that tells the alarm when the door is open and get to know my good friend the diode...

If you need more help you better tell us what is hooked to what.. a wiring diagram would be nice..

How cheap does it have to be, before it's NFG!?
An alarm only has to work once to pay for itself...if it fails once, it was a complete waste of cash!
Buy a good one, or settle for a flashing LED and some stickers 'til you can afford a real one.

My guess is it came with a single photocopied page of poorly translated instructions, with no details as to the proper operation/installation.
You're gonna have to do some reverse engineering, and figure out, wire by wire, how the thing operates, and then add the isolation that they left out! Or it's got an internal problem that wasn't picked up by the QC that they didn't do!
Either way, you'd be further ahead to spend the time with a squeegee, til you make enough to buy a Viper, cause even if you get it working, it probably won't stay that way for long.
