out of curiousity why are u looking at pods. i only ask because alot of people believe u cant fit a large midrange in the stock locations. with a few easy mods u can fit a 3 inch deep midrange and keep the stock grills. im running cdt euroframe 6.75s in my doors and all i did was make a 1inch mdf spacer and recovered the factory grills. it looks stock and there is no interference between the grills and woofers however i dont think any deeper would be possible. :smilie_da

You have any pics of the spacer you made ?

I think this was an early 90's Civic I built doors for. The vinyl colour the guy picked out stunk, but the doors worked out well. Honda's are always fun to work on.

yea these are a set of .75inch spacers but the ones i use now are the same but 1 inch thickness. my mids are acually only 2.75 inches deep
