Question Pioneer AVH-X5600BHS Trouble

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum. I have a 2004 Lexus sc430. For those of you who do not know you have to spend about 600 on an adaptor just to make my car compatible with any aftermarket radio. I installed a Pioneer AVH-X5600BHS about 4 years ago. All was fine then one day my radio would not turn off when the car was turned off. I called Pioneer and they were not much help. I disconnected the battery for 15 minutes. Bingo the radio works again. I then started noticing that if I did not start my car for about two days the battery would die. Could not figure it out. A few months later the radio stopped working again. At the same time I noticed my battery was losing its charge again. So I discontented the battery again. Radio works but now battery is draining. So there is a connection. I just have no idea. I have not disconnected the battery again because I don’t want the radio draining it. Any suggestions. I have checked all the fuses.

Thanks
