Anybody have an install manual for this?
The harness that I have isn't the original, and I want to make sure that I get the wires correct.
Primarily I need to know which lead goes to each of the 4 pins on the back.
Also, on the back it has a switch for "nor" and "rev". This is just the polarity correct?
Any help would be welcomed.

I have a logon on the Pioneer site to acess their manuals, and the one for the 6500 is not there. I would call them directly, or email, they might have an old copy kicking around for you. http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/Pi...065,60,00.html

I will look today after I get off work... I had one for years until it was stolen...

Yeah the switch on the back is for subwoofer phase and according to CA&E test years ago it was marked backwards...

Anywhoo I will look for it and get back to you..

Thanks for the help guys, I will probably contact pionneer soon if no one has a copy. I thought this might be easier so I tried it first.
I am in no rush right now, it will be a while before I can put it in anyways.

Tried opening it. It didn't help me at all. The pins just continue in, bending under the board. They are labeled 1 through 4.
The harness that it came with is obviously not the original. It's leads are speaker wire colors with the red, black and blue attatched down the line.
It is set up like this:
red top left
black bottom left
blue bottom right
and the top right is empty.
Looks like I'll try pioneer to get it done without guessing. I don't know if I trust the wiring on it so I will find out one way or another. Just occured to me that I should also get the proper fuse size as well.
Thanks for you help.
