I have a chance to pick up a couple of these for a good price http://pioneer.carclub.ru/subwoofer/...s-w1000f_c.jpg

Anyone have some experience with them, SQ and output wise? Thanks...

Anybody hear these a few years back....?

They were pretty good, I think James (westec) used to have sonme in his truck. A friend had them and they sounded pretty good.

Thanks DWVW! Appreciate it. Kind of strange, the spec sheet for them recommends .6 sealed, and .66 ported....always thought that ported would be a lot bigger box.

About 1-1.25 cuft vented is much more satisfying. They were a good woofer - very box forgiving like most Pioneer woofers and handled decent power.
