pioneer vs. eclipse

Hi guys, I'm looking to get a second opinion on 2 double din navi/dvd units. I'm currently looking at the Pioneer Avic-d3 and Eclipse Avn 5500. Now my questions are:

Which one will produce better sound quality? Because I'm putting in a sub and amp.

Which one has a better navigation system?

Which one has better features?

Thanks in advance for the info

The Eclipse has triple 5 volt pre outs. I believe both navs are similar. The 5500 or the latest 5510 has a bigger screen that the Pioneer piece.

The Eclipse will school the Pioneer. The new AVN5510 is the unit that you want. Not much if any savings from EBay on these items. One tiny little issue and any savings are now long gone. Purchase from the authorized dealers that are here to answer your questions.

I'd say eclipse, just because i've had pioneer decks before. Never will again.

I didn't even realize that there were vendors on this site. How much is the 5510 going for anyway?
