Hey, I am getting a Planet Audio TT2250 and I was wondering if anyone has experience with these amps or has bench tested them to see actual power?

I am only going to be running it at 2 ohms for now, and it is rated at 1500 RMS at 2 ohms.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Craig G

It'd be a better question to ask Before you bought it. Anyways, I've been told they do rated power and sometimes more.

Heh, ya I was thinking that when I was typing the question. WTF am I doing asking after I already bought it.

Anyways, glad to hear it does rated power, that is all that really matters. I have read from some other forums that they are solid amps.

Thanks.

You gonna run it on the pair of HC's? If so, run it @ .5ohms.

Do you think it can take 1/2 ohm daily? I was gonna run it at 2 ohms daily and burp it at 1/2 ohm if i went to any comps.

That's pretty sweet thanks. I'll give it a try. 2500 RMS would pound my HC's pretty well
