Question Plastic Speaker baffles needed

Hey just wondering who here can build me a set of plastic door speaker baffles ?
I wanted to get plastic instead of MDF as it wont rot.

Heres a sample pic of what I want.

Do you have a router and flush cutting bit? If so, make the template out of 1/2" mdf and then screw some 1/4" or 1/2" black abs to it and router it out.

make them outta mdf then fiberglass overthem. u can buy a jigsaw for 30 bucks. if your still planning on using the same mids as before keep in mind that they wont just fit in there without other mods unless u just leave the grills off. anyone that tells u diffrant is a dirty lier lol. i only know because i just went thru this on my civc.
