please help
here's my scenero.
My subs are 700w max power and 175 rms. 4 ohms. I will b running 2 of them.
My amp for the subs is 2 channel 2x800 watts max and 400 rms. (also bridgable)
Is it even possible to run these together without blowing the subs? and if so please tell me how.
I am new to this and any answers will be greatly appreciated.

It really depends on a lot of factors, The quality of the equipment does play a big role too. I ran a JL Audio 10W0 (which is rated at 125 watts RMS) with a PPI amp rated at about 400 watts RMS. The sub never blew and is still working great today.
In most cases, subs start to sound really bad when they start reaching their limits, I'm sure the subs will last many good years so long as you are careful with the volume controls.

Having more power is better than not enough power. Just be careful in setting the gains. Depending on the brand of speaker (as already mentioned) you could very well feed it 250-300 WRMS without problems - as long as the power it is getting is nice and clean and is not hammering into distortion. Distortion kills speakers too often.

Too much power to the subs.
Too low of an impedance for the amp.
Running in series is not recommended if it can easily be avoided. Here it can easily be avoided so avoid series wiring like the plague.
4 ohm stereo will keep your amp happy, and if your gains are set properly, will keep your speakers happy.
