Power Rating
I have a RF T3002 amp. On the box it says its rated at 200wrms@2ohm. But on the birth sheet it says 695wrms@2ohm.
I know these amps are supposed to be underrated, but that is 3.5 times more power!!! So i want to know, which number is right, 200 or 695? And why is it rated 200 if it is actually 695? |
what does it say on the magnet . go talk with who you bought it from or check out there website and see what they say for the model .

MAX power ratings are unrealistic in real life.
Maybe they got that much, on a one time spike, under lab conditions using all the tricks and cheats possible. ONLY read RMS, power bandwidth, preferably CEA rated. Ignore everything else. |
