PPI AMP QUESTION...it cr@pped out on me...any suggestions?

^ thats the amp i hav...ppi pcx 1250
when hooked up in my car, it draws ALOt of power from my car. from 14 volts to 12 volts in a 3 second interval.
can anyone fix this?
