Putting sub's in the bed of a truck

Anyone ever done this? i have 2 15's in a ported box, im debating on wether i should build a box to hold the subs and box there in with a plexiglass top to keep then dry or cutting holes in the bottom of a diamond plate box and putting them in there to keep them dry. Which would you guys recommend?
Thanks in advance

There are a ton of other examples on the net, this one was the first I thought of.
