quick amp question

thanks, what about the gain? as well, i might as well ask while i have your attention, i'm putting in two 10" sony svc's powered by either a kenwood 1000W mono class D or a sony 1100W mono class D (depending on what i decide to buy) what do you suggest i tune those to?

Set the gains as low as possible to start, with that much power you probably won't be able to crank them very much without distortion anyways.

I usually start at 80hz for subs.....you can HP the rears @ 80 as well.....you will have to fiddle, listen and fiddle again for a while. Get the 4 corners sounding as best they can first then add the subs to the mix.

Let your ears be your guide, you're the one who has to listen to it everyday....

right on, thanks again for all the assistance, i've read a bunch of online guides, however, i'm much more inclined to understand and trust information that comes directly from someone, so thanks.
