Quick Question

Hey all, I dont have much knowledge about car stereos really, and when I bought my car the previous owner installed what I considered a fairly fancy system. Now after 2 years I am considering selling the subs, box and amp, but I am just curious what would be fair to ask?

The specs are:
2- 12 inch kicker comp subs
ported kicker sub box
800w GM7100M pioneer amp mounted to back of sub box

its about 3 years old now, minor wear to the box itself. box is pretty big, takes up alot of space in the trunk. your replies are appreciated

360w amp, with the low-end kickers.. I wouldn't pay more then $200 my self.

Agreed. That amp brand new was only $250

if your just tired of the system maybe just redesign your box and put a bigger amp to it. if it still works i wouldnt really sell it. i would just try something new with it

I would not go any more than $150.00 on the setup, no warranty, 3 years old as well. If you can get more, great but settle in around this mark as the maximum with how todays economy is looking.

I'd like to say I'm someone who watches Kicker prices within my own city, especially on the used market ...

These are silver face, a pair of 12" Kicker's in the Kicker box (it says Kicker on the box)???
If it's in the original box, I personally think it's a little better (because a lot of people just throw them in random boxes and it's not the same) ...
In this climate, you should be able to get $250-300 for the entire setup.

I would start it high and just be willing to negotiate on the price. The box alone I would hope you'd get $200. The cheapest online right now is $160 and that isn't in the prefab box. Cheapest in the box is about $200-250 in Toronto.

If they're CVR's, I wouldn't exactly say they're "Low-End" since there's several models beneath it ... maybe in OUR LAND its "Low End" but for most people, that's up there.
There's still the black face beneath these Kickers I THINK he's speaking about (400 RMS each).

comp isnt compVR ( AKA. CVR ) he has comp witch is the lowest of kicker
