Question Quick question...

if two 3.8 cubic feet boxes are off by like 100 cubic inches will the difference be noticable between the two subwoofers? How about 50 cubic inches?

you do the math. What percent of 3.8 cubic feet is 100 cubic inches? This is high school math. If it is less than 10 percent then it is not a problem.

1.5% diff probably isn't going to be a big (or audible) issue.. good change the differences between the subs themselves will be greater..
