Well I went to go check out the settings on my audison amp...I noticed that the level,(Gain) is at 3/4 the way !!!!! what the hell ? So I lowered it ..But there is no signal deffernce from 0 - 3/4 level.....

why is that ? Is there a problem ?
Here is a huge pic of my amp. You can see the gain (level) control at the bottom. The level is from 2 - 10.

What do you mean there is no signal difference Rob?

That picture starts out huge but goes small, does your amp have and input gain as well as output gain? Which are you adjusting?

when I adjust the gain (level) from 2-7, there is no difference in volume... once it hits around 8, there is a huge gain in volume.

oh..to get a big picture, you have to point your mouse pointer on the pic and click the box on the bottom right.

hmmm, that's weird.

Usually you don't hear small increases in gain unless your really listening, but a huge increase like that should make a difference.
