If I want to connect multiple amps onto one remote lead from my deck, I use a relay. But what do i connect the remote to on the relay?

I was going to use 4 amps.

the remote would got to one side of the coil (the coil is usualy noted as a rectangle with a slash though it) the other side would be grounded.

Use a Bosch relay 20/30 amp(about $5.00)

pin 86 - input from stereo remote on.
pin 30 - +12 volts ignition - fuse this line, 3 amps should be fine.
pin 85 - ground.
pin 87 out to amplifiers.
pin 87a - not used.

Now for Yuli, dude I don't normally jump on people but with 4 amplifiers running, the chances that the amplifiers will be drawing over 500mv from the cd player is definitely there. It is in his best interest to use a relay so that he does not take out the remote on circuit in the cd player.

^ Yep. I used a relay for the 3 amps, xover and Epicenter in my Avenger. I have burnt out the remote-on circuit before trying to connect too many items to it, had to use the power antenna output instead.

wouldn't your amp only turn on with the radio then?

You can hook it up off of constant power also, no? Instead of ignition?
