Replacing an aging Alpine CDA-9833, but with what?

Hey guys,

I currently use an Alpine CDA-9833 headunit. Here's what it looks like. The image will link to the owner's manual.

Its in 100% working order. But, as a 7 year old unit, it does not have USB connectivity. I want to downgrade to a new unit, from any respectable brand, that; A) has USB connectivity, B) is XM Radio Ready, and C) has 3 pairs of 4V pre-outs.

My XM radio is connected to the head-unit via a Terk XMDALP100 Adapter.

Rather than buying one of those stand-alone XM units, and tuning the head-unit to that on an FM signal, the head-unit receives the actual satellite signal.

Since this adapter is for Alpine HU's, it will be useless to me, unless I buy another compatible Alpine.

I'll sell both the deck and the adapter, together, for $100, after I get my new deck picked out.
