My buddy has this deck in his truck. Good sound, but it is a little slow. Beyond CD loading, I think that it is a little slow to respond to commands in general. Volume Control seems a little behind what you want to set it at. Having said all that, he loves it, and tells me that I am insane. I have only owned one Pioneer deck myself (the 47DH GM-fit deck), and loved every second. Sounded good, and bulletproof.

I have had one in my car for 4 years and runs great. Never a problem. Yes, MP3 read is a bit slow, and pressing the sseq whatever button by mistake resets the HP and LP. But apart from that it is a great deck.
