If it is this internal Toroid issue, why does his problem disappear when he disconnects the external cap?

 

Its not the cap im disconnecting its the Batt Charger to the cap.

Edit : playing with it now all hooked up, when it hits harder it does stop buzzing ...

And Dukk whats CA??


Also tried playing with the torroid there is some legs that aren't too toght... and can move quiet a bit.
Can I cover it in silicone?

i was gonna try silicone but ill try glue 1st

still playing with it now lol

Working with the glue now.

Its getting better although not entirly stopped
