If you are planning to go for SPL, the T2 would be 300x better in competitions.

I just picked one up tonight, first time I have ever saw one out of the box. THIS THING IS HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE! only 60lb sub Ive ever had my hands on.

Well, I got a T2 from KillerKlown last night, just put it in a proper ported enclosure tonight, tuned it up a little. Its hooked up to a Kicker KX1200.1 currently 600RMS or so @ 2ohm. Not really powered properly, but its a temporary setup untill my S15L7's come in.

Well....Its LOUD. I was driving home from waterloo and decided I would see How loud I can get it with the kicker, I dont know in terms of mic volume or anything.....but it gave me a bloody nose in about 5 seconds when I gave it all the KX1200.1 would dish out @ 2ohms.

To say the least, Im impressed.

Klown also stopped at a bank with me while I used the ATM machine...While I was inside he turned up a bass track with the T2 12" hes running right now. The sliding glass doors inside the bank were shaking like mad, and he was parked about 30ft away from the bank. When I was walking out of the bank, the aluminum siding under the overhang was rattling so bad I thought it was going to fall off.

I can only imagine what these subs are capable of properly powered in a very good install.
