I don't think that it is in Canada I think if you want it you have to get it through the US. No idea if there is a hack or not

You can get it in Canada, but you have to have an American address. For example use a friend or relative who the bill will get sent to.

so if i want satelite radio like XM i can't get it.

I own it.
