I can only speculate but Adobe has a number of programs that you have to pay to use. Perhaps they were using a cracked or bogey version and got found out :dunno: Because piracy is so rampant, software companies live to nail people they catch to the wall.

I received a PM on a different site from Sean that he left ID voluntarily to persue something outside of car audio and that it is a different Sean Adler that is getting sued by Adobe.
