any of you guys down here for the show with booths? Do you notice there is less traffic than previous years particularly from international buyers? every 5th person i've talked to is a tire kicker who got in with a friends business card and is "thinking" about opening up a shop "soon"
I've been talking to a few buddies here and there and they say apexxx is pretty weak this year as well...
on the bright side i've had a chance to pick the brain of the head of 3D development for vw NA and got a personal walktrough of their show GTI...

I went this year.........my first time to a SEMA show (done over 14 CES shows).
I thought it was a good show, looked pretty busy to me, although, I do understand that attendance was down a bit from last year.
From a car audio standpoint......a little disapointing.......suppliers for most brands usually go nuts at CES.....SEMA was quite scaled down.
There were a lot of really awesome looking installs, and cars were crazy !!
To have $150,000-$250,000 to put into a car must be nice !!
