PLEASE READ i have 2 12' audiobahn dual voice in a sealed box a jbl 600.1 monoblock amp im not sure how my subs r wired at the moment but i think something might be wrong im getting good sound just not sure if im getting enough ?

what ohm are the voice coils? and whats the lowest impedance the amp can run at? and get a ported box hahahah

I actually had that amp running some SVC audiobahns for a while.

The amp is 600 watts RMS at 2 or 1 ohms which is relly nice. Odds are the subs are dual 4 ohm, so run everything in parallel, and if they are dual 2 ohms, then run each sub in series, and parallel the two of them.

alright thanks so whats gonna be different after i hook them up in parallel

Jo-Psyko 03-07-2008 08:25 PM

you want to match the lowest impedance the amp will be happy with, this means you get the most power which means the most sound :)

you should tell us what coils are on the subs then you can get the exact answre to your question.

if your subs are dual 4's then run it all in parallel.

they are dual 4 ohm
