i'm think if i can not get into the usa or becouse of kid i can't get to a show but i can get the car to a show with someone else
if i hold a USACi card do i get the points?
is it the car that gets the points or the guy who shows the car

ditto(westec can clarify that)
in show and shine:
no worries
in usaci:
westec will tell you
in single pointers for all these events:
most judges will let it go as it is just a single point event.
in doubles and triples:
the rules will be upheld.
