Single DIN into 1956 CJ-5

Hi all,
I found your forum while trying to learn how to do what I plan to do. I know nearly zero about car stereo wiring.
1956 CJ-5 had a shaft style radio and I removed it to put in a single DIN Pioneer DEH 150. http://pdf.crutchfieldonline.com/ImageBank/v20121101112900/Manuals/130/130150MP.PDF

My experience wiring up stereos consists of a hot wire, a GND wire and individual speaker wires.

This unit has a plug on the back which is supposed to be used with some kind of adapter to hook up to a factory harness. I'm wanting to wire the hot to Ignition and hook up the GND. Will this work?

Also, there are RCA jacks on the back of the head unit for speakers. What do I do with those? I've never seen car speakers that had RCA jacks on them. Can I just run my speaker wires to the wires on the back of the unit?

Also #2, my dash is just a single wall, flat piece of sheet metal. Is there a kit to install this unit into a dash like mine or am I fabricating?

Also #3, the previous owner had cut the opening in the dash pretty large and the old 1.5 DIN fac tory stereo from my 91 Cherokee fits nicely. Is there a kit that will help me mount this single IN radio into the large opening?
Thanks.
