Small Sealed Enclosure...
Hopefully this isn't to vague of a question but...
I have a small sealed enclosure (fibreglassed to the contours of the area) probably no more than 1 Cubic Ft housing an older 12" MTX sub under the backseat of my truck.
I have maybe 300 Watts RMS going to it with a crappy amp.
It's not pushing anywhere close to what I'd like to have in there.
Wondering what Subs work great in small sealed enclosures.
I will be upgrading my amp eventually to something that will push around 600 Watts RMS but for now I'd just like to upgrade my sub and would like suggestions of subs that work well in small sealed enclosures.

eD subs are known to work well in really small enclosures. Hell with the 10a if you can spare another .3 cubes you can even make a ported box for it that will sound awesome.
But besides that, I'd urge you to check out some of eD's drivers and see if they fit your needs.

Listen to Rob, a sealed box can sound just fine, I'll install one in Dukk's car when he's not looking. The nice thing about a sealed box is that it will not hurt the sub and they will all have different outcomes. A good inexpensive sub is the Lightning Audio Strike series. Try different sub to see how they sound is the best thing to start with, then attack the sub box dilemna if you can't get the satisfaction that you desire.
K saying 'Nowhere near' might have been a bit of an overstatment ..I definetly want louder but I'm sure I 'COULD' be happy working with the enclosure I have.
money and space are both issues ....
The box I have in there is as big as it's gonna get ...it's tight as it is.
Thats why I'm tryin to see what subs work well in small sealed enclosures so that I can work with what I got.
Somethin a lil cheaper than a $400 ED sub would be a lil more ideal... and just for the record the depth of the box isn't gonna be able to house a 20 pound magnet....
