i've had L5's in the past the SQ wasn't that bad IMO with a proper box for it...
i'm sure that there are a few others that can/will attest to that.

I agree 100% there is a lot of morons on here so someone that is credible giving the results would be key for me...

12” Die-cast aluminum frame
Kevlar fiber & Non pressed paper cone
Heavy duty foam edge
Rubber ring gasket
3” Daul BASV voice coil
2x60oz high energy strontium magnet
Impedance: dual 4 ohm
RMS power: 750-800watts

This is what it looks like

Problem is they have no T/S numbers for it yet. So its a bit of a gamble.

So tell me what you think

Sorry pic not very good, imagine no white dots and crap.

That looks like a boston acoustic pro series to me?

Im not sure how mcu the L5's are but these will be around the following price:

10" $189cdn Shipped 500Wrms
12" $209cdn Shipped 500Wrms
15" $219cdn Shipped 650Wrms

All stiched surrounds as well. Available in either dual 2 or dual 4 ohm coil configs

Roughly, if anything a touch cheaper.

Let me know what you think.

And I think this is a fair price for what it is, barebones L5's, good deal! I may be taking a set of these once it gets all said and done

That's still cheap considering the L5 right now retail in Canada are alot more costly. I will be buying a 12inch when everything gets cleared..

does this mean that the prototypes that are out now are not going to be made for the public?
