The long awaited follow-up to the RSX and Civic is none other than a Mini.

No roof, sealed up doors and a another single-seat creation. The seating 'assembly' slides rearward five feet for 'boarding' the creation. Lots of painted fiberglass goodies unsue.

Not from me, I'm sitting on the couch with my wife watching the Simpsons. Someone didn't want to pay to send me to CES...

Mini’s, H2’s and 350Z’s were the cars this year. They were everywhere. But Mini’s definitely dominated. I looked at the Alpine Mini but was not too impressed. It was over the top once again but the shock value after the past few vehicles was definitely not there. It was the same old thing but with a different car. My favorite “demo” vehicle at the show was the DLS Mini that was brought from Moscow, Russia. And it was not because it was a DLS car but more along the lines of the attention to detail, the quality of the install, the presentation (included a $7000 USD short movie!!). The car was outstanding as an overall package. It wasn’t the best sounding car (being very critical from an SQ point of view), but everything as a whole………. it was awesome. The Europeans definitely do things differently. Car was tomb quiet inside. Next favourite was the BMW 745 from Directed. Classy ride with some HUGE rims and rubber. I think the dish had to be at least 6”.

I got some pics of the Mini, I'll post them once I get back.

I wondered why I didn't see you there Dave, I saw Eriksson and Matthew at Canada night, but not you :( ... I was looking forward to partying with ya !!

I think that Mini had to be seen in person... The attention to detail was amazing and I will go almost as far to say the install was flawless.

The Scion Xb was the car that I saw the most of at the show, It seemed every second booth had one
