have you guys ever heard of lizard skin ceramic insulation, its a spray on sound deadener, supposed to eliminate up to 12db and supposed to be a great heat shield. it sprays out of a gun, cost 250$ a gallon and covers 50 square feet, check it on the web @www.coollizard.com. its apparently will stick to teflon up to 260 degrees, its a water based with ceramic and silica beads, i have ordered a gallon and will let you know

I have never been a fan of spray deadeners, and I certainly am not going to spend $250 to find out if it's worth it. I can get dynamat extreme for less than that at retail.

yeah, i wouldnt use a spray either.. try the b-quiet extreme, i laid it down with ease, and it works reallly good! and its a good price for sure, you can lay out around 100 sq.ft of the extreme mat for that price.. so you can do almost 3 layers of the whole care depending on the car..
