its not going to a "pro" but i am almost at the end of my patience today i just grounded the deck itself to the same bolt my other two amps are grounded and then to its own bolt under the dash of the truck both times it was the same!!!


quick update:
i just realised the noise is ALSO coming from my rear speakers and they are run of the deck not my amp...this would mean it is the deck making my feedback right?

Assuming you have done everything correctly and unless you have some new externally powered item in the car (my portable Satellite radio would produce the sound you describe when it was plugged into the cars power) it sounds like the HU. To be sure take a battery powered item and send a signal to the amp from the MP3, ipod, or CD player. If there is no noise the HU is the issue if there is noise we get to keep looking.
