Hey guys Soundstream asked me to write up sponsorship letter to them because of my car (duh)

anyways i have no idea what to ask for and what i should attempt to get in this sponsorship I have everything but moniters.

Any ideas what how i can go about this???

Can you handle an opinion that you might not agree with?

ask for a new set up and see what they give you

MR2NR Shot but im just looking for advice. Like i said im new to this sponsorship stuff and it is at the end of the session but ill be ready for next year thats for sure.

Everything is band new..... haha.... Only thing i was thinking was my wall Setup.

i would still ask" what set up would you like me to have next yr "
and see what thay come up with
if i go to all the shows it = $ + my time (if a show to go in is $25 and i'm going to say 10 shows will thay pay for the shows )
if i can get all new amps/deck/speakers/alt/batters/0g wire so on
that is why i say ask "what would you like to see in my set up next yr"

Here is the opinion. How do you think the CDN distributor of the product (and the dealers of course) is going to feel when Soundstream themself is taking a customer away from their own distibutor (and retailer)? Does Soundstream know that you are a Canadian? Does the distributor know what is going on? Do the local dealers in Canada around you know what is going on?

I beleive this is contrary to a dealer agreement that the distributor would have with a manufacturer. If I was a dealer of the product in this circumstance, I would be raising shat like no other, it would be a total slap in the face.

Consider the point of view from my standpoint and see how it can be seen through our eyes. Would you continue to do business with a company that is submarineing you?

I am sure he is talking about the distributer. I can also guarentee the distributer on behalf of Soundstream aka Power Acoustik is not going to give product away for free. I am sure you will get a very decent discount on the product but you will have to go throu the local dealer.

Am I right?

Im not dealing with distributer on this just Soundstream for the sponsorship
I hate middle men.

When i called Sounstream pretty much told them what i have and blah blah blah. what im doing for my car. So selling myself to Soundstream.(Kinda sounds dirty caught caught caught)Anyways.they wanted me to write up something what i want out of this. and that we would go from there. so no idea whats actually going to happen



So i desided to come on here to ask what people thought and what i can do about this.

When I talking to them it sound that they do something for you at soundstream but i could be wrong, Just the way it sounded tho

So why would i need to go to the retailer or whomever to deal with this?
how is it Wrong that im going straight to Soundstream?
Just becauses i bought everything states side? in the states Stereo gear is hands down alot cheaper and blah.

Im sure that anyone had that advanage about going to the states at there backyard im sure some people or everyone would do it. there some things chearper here that i wont touch just goes both ways meh

Everything is still getting installed by Pro's Im just doing the little things.

i would send pic's of the car .with papper work on it like what i did on the car and why i did it (like i removed all the 4g wire [see pic 1] in the car to go with 0g wire [see pic 2] because..........then i replaced the stock alt[see pic 3] with a 220 alt and so on )
