Sub/Amp problem

Hey folks,
So I needed to replace my fuel pump in my car. I needed to move the sub, so I started taking the wires out. I took the positive out first, and I guess it touched the amp cause it made a spark. Now, after replacing the pump, I put the sub back in, and there's no bass. Is this because of that spark? If so is it the sub, or the amp? Or is it something else I'm overlooking? Thanks for any help.

The sub is a 12" Rockford P3, and the amp is a Rockford P600.

Ohhhh damn, just remembered about the lights. You're good.

http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/rftech/library/2006/3_Amplifiers/1230-52474-01_RF_PunchMono-MAN.pdf

Go to the 4th page of the manual.

On my amp lights 1 and 3 are on. 1 is obviously ok, but 3? Does that help tell you in anyway?

Sorry about the links

light 3 is bad... something has gone wrong inside of the amp... it's stuck in protect. have it looked at by an electronics repair place, send it in for warranty if still available or get a new one all together.

Awwwww man, that's the last thing I need, just spent $500 on a fuel pump. Anyone know a good place in Ottawa where they can look at it?
