CSS10 DVC are infact a last year model, they are still covered under warranty as long as it was an authorized dealer that sold them to you. The salesperson had no business telling you to extend the tinsel leads. It also does not take 4 weeks to warranty these subs as they should either have been replaced on the spot as the warranty dictates or should have been sent back. In this case the warranty depot for Concept is now back east, Progressive is who handles it now. To me it sounds like the subs were never sent and you are being played.

can't find progressive, found aralex,do they have a web site?or a phone number I will call to know if they heard about 2 subs coming from laval or simply receive a call from the store...

I used to deal wih aralex before when they sold lanzar and coustics but stoped the whole thing just took to much of my time and couldn't work my other company.

they are out of toronto they also distribute fusion autopage and a few more lines
used to be called prorep

Finally Progressive couldn't do much, all they said was we had to deal with the storebecause they told us that it didn't matter for us to fix the sub temperarly before the holidays and that they would just put hem back the way they were BEFORE sending them to the distributor,which they didn't do,and that becomes our fault...We are just going to buy somewhere else since I insisted that we get new subs at cost price and all they said was (A GOOD PRICE)I said NO at cost and they refused so...hey I'll go spend somewhere else.
by the way the store is AUTOPERFECT-SON in laval quebec.And when you thought you knew someone.
