Subs not hitting as hard after new speakers
I've had two Sound Ordnance B-8PTD powered subwoofers under my back seats for awhile now and I really enjoyed them but recently I installed Infinity Reference REF-8622cfx speakers in my front doors and the subs seemed to have toned way down. There's a noticeable sound difference and I considered maybe the speakers were just drowning out the bass, but the main thing that made me sure was that during heavy bass my rear view mirror used to vibrate quite a bit and now it doesn't do that at all. Now I know these subs are pretty low quality but they used to work much better than they are now. I have an F250 with two heavy duty batteries under the hood so I can't imagine power is an issue. Anyone have any ideas on why this happened and if its possible to correct? I also have the JVC KW-R920BTS head unit if that helps at all.

Did you solve your problem? It appears that your new speakers are drawing more power from your system, than the old ones. Have you tried to use the audio setting on your JVC headunit to control where the power goes? Your unit has a equalizer. Have you tried boosting the Bass settings?
