subwoofers svc vs dvc

Can someone tell me the pros and con's
Is one better than the other on a performance level?
Let me know what you guys know.

I have always had svc yet there are many dvc subs out there now.

Is it just the ability to do more wiring scenarios or are dvc subs better overall.?

DVC Pros- More wiring options
SVC Cons- Less wiring options

I believe that is all.

bl force changes between the 2 dvc wiring options and how its wires does it not?

The measured BL is increased, but the value remains the same (determined by BL^2/Re) in the same way that although inductance (Le) changes, the corner frequency at which rolloff begins remains the same.
