Don't forget to add space needed at the bottom for the air tank.

Did I mention this thing has the words longest, flattest and most shallow dash in the world

2 15's in 2 cubes sealed? A class D amp not getting as low or dynamic as an A/B? Uhh.. no.

It looks like you can put 4 10's ontop of the gas tank, have you considered putting all the other stuff behind the sub box in the deeper part?

2 -15's will be tough to get in there with a strong thick baffle. I've built boxes for this actual car years ago and 12's always seemed to be a better suit.

There is a security roller cover that goes in the back. The max height is 5" (top of the rear seats).

I've looked at a few ways of putting in the system and subs in the rear (with amp rack on top of the gas tank) works best for me.

Any thoughts on what 8's I should go with?

Not really interested in 15's. Don't need that much cone space...probably just add to my grey hair count.

How would the TB do against the Polk in terms of SQ?
well if you use them as subs (below 63Hz) both should give the same output but with the TB digging a little lower. For the price i would go with the TB but if the look is important I would go with the Polk, Arc8, JL 8w3...

I know you want 8, but if you could fit a JBL W15GTi (in 1.5cuft) you would be done in you quest for bass. I'm running one in my Caravan and now got a second one on the shelf just in case something happen.

Back to the 8, idk how the cabin gain is in your car but you might be able to get away with the 8 sealed and a bit of eq on the 20-30Hz if you like your bass to dig low. i'm running 2 HAT L8 in the doors with 350w ea on tap and when i run subless they can play down to 20Hz with some agressive EQ in the 20-25 area.

So now all this bla bla to ask one question, what kind of bass are you after? hard hitting, digging low, transparent, fast(triple kick fast)...

The subs in post #16 are a pair of 10's.

I listen mostly to jazz, motown and 80's music (NO CELINE DION!!) so I quess I'm after fast, hard hitting bass.

Just read a review on the Arc 8 and it looks impressive.

I know AAAAAAA has polk 8's and is quite happy with them as well.

ok if you're into jazz then you will def need something that will play low, the Arc 8 (aka Image Dynamics ID8 ) will give you that in a 3cuft tuned at 30Hz
