surround ripped
I have a matts 10" sub that has a small split in the rubber surround.
The sub is still good but I have to fix the rip...what can I use to do this? |

ideally you want something that will bite into the surround and form a permanent bond.... however, butyl rubber is inert as all **** and I don't think you will find too many adhesives that will eat into it...
Id might say 'goop' is your best bet but I generally use plain old contact cemenet... :) |
Yeah, butyl is a tough one... I second the 'Goop'.
