Ok so I'm being lazy here but...
For you all that own this car or have worked on one - where's the best place to run a couple runs of 0ga through the firewall. Yeah I can run it underneath but I'd prefer to keep it in the car. |
Hahahaha, you mean you don't want to run it through the fender and over the door jam? Fixed another of those the other day....in the ghetto...

I did the driver's side, roughyl 6-8 inches from the big factory grommet...

Yeah I need to stop and talk to Danno.
Did you guys punch new holes? I was casually perusing my firewall last night and it's not very inviting. I have no problem putting a hole in it but seems a shame if there's a better way (not that I can see one) |
I'm tellin ya, the fender and into the door boot is the only way to go..... saw this one today actually.
|
The guy went into the boot? Man that's almost not a firetrap anymore. I hope you pinched it in the jam like it's supposed to be
Interestingly on my 84 Z28 I went down the passenger fender and in through the antenna boot in the jamb area and on my brother's Dakota I went down the driver's fender and in through a spare grommet in the driver's jamb Neither were in danger of getting shorted though so that was no fun ;) |
