Golddigger by Kanye West for its fast paced assualting bass.
Boom by Nelly off of the Longest Yard Soundtrack, that bass hits HARD and LOW for the whole song.

But given my sign in tag i'd also like to add some other genre songs that have a different kind of hard pounding bass(insane kicker drums)

Heretic Anthem and Disasterpiece by Slipknot
Dyers Eve and Battery by Metallica
Sound of Eight Hooves and Annihilation of Hammerfest by Amon Amarth

Late 80's / early 90's is the only hip-hop and related type songs I listen to now - grew up with it in HS.

 

Here comes the boom I can't find a decent sounging version of that.

 

That's because it was pretty much an unreleased track ... it wasn't on all the versions of that album. I'll look into it, see if I can get one up online.
