Have any of you been blamed for Electrical problems after you worked on a Toyota Prius?

Seems as though Toyota has had some issues with software problems ranging from accelerator issues, to the funky chicken, and not just on the Prius model.

I can see this problem extending to other makers if they use similar software.
Anyone else?
