Hi im wondering if u guys know something about mtx 81000D, theres some problem I was unable to hear anything from subwoofer when its all connected as groud/positive connected, remote and speaker wire plus RCA. So the output for subwoofer, was not worked. Is that something with rca? but speaker wires were corrected on terminal so its perfect except no sound.. can u please help? thank you very much if u helped me out.

Does the amp turn on?
You can measure audio output from RCA's witha good voltmeter. Low AC range, you should get more than 1 volt when you turn up the volume on your deck.
So, if you have input from RCA's and you've already tested your speaker in another car, and its hooked up correctly, as you say, then you might have a dead amp.
You didn't say what sub or subs you're using and how is it wired?
