Troubleshooting

Hey all,

Lately I've been having troubles with the sound cutting out whenever I hit a little bump or encounter some mild 'turbulence'. The CD player keeps doing it's thing and the sound returns after usually 2 or 3 seconds. (And it's not just the CD skipping, FM radio also cuts in/out like this.) The setup is a CD player to a 4 channel amp that powers 4 speakers. Is this a connection problem or is there a problem with the hardware? I checked the connections of the head and also the amp.

Thanks,

Marc

Nothing unplugged on the CD player or the power amp.

I had the same problem. Check your fuse holder, mine wasn't holding the fuse tight anymore and needed to be replaced.
