Truck System not working.. Need alot of help PLZ

lol i gotta get a new alternator for my dads truck makes a nice whinning noise all the time..... and ive made sure my ground is good and the whine is responsive to the rpm like yours...

yea i hope thats not it, i mean everything was working fine 2 days ago and now this. im going to clean everything up tomorrow because i do not want to buy a new alternator
