Tweets in the seats
#1
I've seen pics of some new higher end vehicles that have 2 tweeters in the top of each seat firing right behind your head..
wondering if anyone has tried this ?
I was thinking headrest pods that wraped around slightly might be cool... freq response should be awsome and no path length difference...
Just don't know if it would image properly

^ Later Fieros had "rear" speakers in the B-pillars though.
In the early 90s Kraco offered a pair of computer speaker sized speakers that strapped to your headrest and stuck out each side. You could adjust them from sticking straight out to folded forward so they were like a set of headphones 2" away from each ear. Well...they were made by Kraco. Quality comparable to Sparkomatic or Pyramid - and not the good Pyramids
The plastic housings were very thin so they had resonance issues too.
Yeah so small crappy drivers in a crappy plastic housing wasn;t exactly sonic excitement They were only $99 for both headrests though
