I could always go active using the xover on the Alpine 345:
Ch 1/2: TN52
Ch 3/4: KP100 4" & KBE165

Whatcha think zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz?

Running two tweeters on the same pasive crossover will result in a change of resistance and therefore a change in the crossover frequency, if it goes to low it might damage the tweeter. Active would be the best way to go.

it is good to see someone said what i was getting at
why are you going to run 2 sets of tweeters ?

avidedtr 09-14-2007 11:40 PM

When bought my 100kp I didn't know that they work better off axis.:bs:

I'm going to have one set in the kicks and one in the a pillars.

I would rather use the existing tweets but plugging the hole in the existing kicks is the issue.

I don't mind more treble.

There's your answer zzzzzzzzzz :)
