If I want to upgrade the alternator on my Accent GSi, is there a way that I can still not void my car's warranty should something go on it in the next three years? Would it have to be done by a Hyundai dealer?

The plan is to upgrade the stock 75 ampere alternator with a HO unit and also to replace the stock battery with a yellow Optima gel battery. Also, I do use a Phoenix Gold Titanium 1 farad cap directly for my subwoofer amp.

So what do you all think about that? Do I worry or not about this?

I would be careful with changing the alternator on the car. It really depends on your dealership and how nice they are.

Your safest bet is to ask a couple dealerships for your make of car and enquire about changing alts and warranty.

Be warned though, if something goes wrong with the engine, they might blame the alt. As stupid as it sounds, there is probable cause for something like messing up the bearings in the crank pulley and stuff like that.
