Anyone use this older six channel amp? My buddy ran the USA2050, little amp from the same era for years, worked well. Any opinions, feedback from looking at the numbers? Seems like a decent amp for a basic one amp system. http://www.usacoustics.com/usa6300/usa6300.JPG

I always considered them in the same class as Alphasonic, Sherwood, etc.

Besides, I'm old so it's like a law or something that I have to get up early. [ November 14, 2004, 11:22 AM: Message edited by: Dukk ] |

Steve Mantz (Zed Audio) used to design USAcoustics amps, as well as alot of other amps (I think Rodek was one of them). He hasn't had anything to do with USAcoustics for a while though from what I've heard. I think that USA 6300 is an older amp that was made by Zed audio, but I could be mistaken. There has been many topics on Zed audio stuff on ECA.

Thanks for the heads-up, 75Grandam, I am checking out ECA as we speak.

I used to have one of the USA4050's and passed it on to one of my friends and it's still going strong today. Looks the same but the 4 x 50W version. Was fairly cheap at the time but still works, thought it was great for the price.
